Miranda Kerr is an incredibly beautiful fashion model who was born in Australia. Miranda Kerr is a tall 5’9″ with a georgous body. Woman, 32, took explicit photos of her lover before she stabbed him to death in the shower, now faces death penalty

Jodi Arias has changed the timeline of events repeatedly but has most recently admitted that she did kill her ex-boyfriend but allegedly did so in self defense

The final moments of Travis Alexander’s life were nothing short of horrific. Hewas stabbed multiple times and almost decapitated before being shot and left for dead in his shower. Travis’s flatwas covered in blood where his bodyhad been dragged and his killer had washed their bloodied hands.Crime scene photos were shocking, but they were nothing compared to the chilling images found on a digital camera at the scene.

Investigators retrieved deleted photos that showed Travis alive in the shower, posing for the camera as water cascaded over him. Then, in a final photo, the water turned red with blood as his killer accidentally took a snapshot of his murder.

Handsome Travis Alexander, 30, was a marketing salesman who lived in Mesa, Arizona. He was a practising Mormon and a charismatic motivational speaker.

In September 2006, Travis met Jodi Arias, 27, at a conference in Las Vegas. She was a saleswoman living in California and had a passion for photography.

The pair began an intense long-distance relationship, exchanging over 80,000 emails and speaking on the phone for hours. Jodi was so smitten she joined the Mormon faith, but after just five months, their relationship hit the rocks. Travis told Jodi it was just physical and ended it.

Jodi was devastated and moved to Travis’s hometown of Mesa to work as a waitress. Travis told his family that she was stalking him – even claiming she’d crawled through a dog flap, so she could sleep on his sofa. But he continued to secretly have sex with her. While Jodi thought they were back on track, Travis still refused to commit and, after two years, she moved back to California to live with her grandparents. But it wasn’t over.

A deadly obsession

Two months later, Jodi hired a car and drove to Mesa to see Travis. She filled up petrol cans for the journey so she wouldn’t have to stop, and turned off her phone. On 4 June 2008, the estranged couple had sex one last time and took explicit photos of each other. A few days later, Travis’s worried work colleagues couldn’t contact him. Friends went to his flat and discovered the bloody scene. Travis was slumped dead in the bottom of his shower with his throat deeply sliced from ear to ear and a gunshot wound to the head. There were over 27 stab wounds on his body.

Travis had been shot with a 25-calibre gun – the same type of gun that had been stolen from Jodi’s grandparents in a mysterious burglary a few months earlier. The most disturbing discovery was a damaged digital camera in the washing machine, along with bloodied clothes that had been put through a wash. Police recovered deleted sexual images of Jodi and Travis.

There was a picture of Travis alive and wet in the shower – then another photo that showed the back of Travis’s head, with his arm raised and blood tricking down his neck. Police believed it had been taken accidently as Travis was being killed. Jodi was interrogated. At first she denied even being at Travis’s home, but when confronted with evidence she changed her story. She claimed two intruders had broken in, murdered Travis and attacked her. It was unlikely.

Finally Jodi broke down, saying she was a victim of domestic violence and that night Travis had violently attacked her. “It was self defence,” she sobbed. When police pressed for details, Jodi’s story was inconsistent and when left alone, she giggled and even did a headstand. She was charged with murder.

President Barack Obama reduces sentences of 46 convicts

President Barack Obama cut the prison sentences of 46 non-violent drug offenders on Monday, including 14 who were sentenced to life in prison, saying “their punishments didn’t fit the crime.”

“These men and women were not hardened criminals,” Obama said in a video released by the White House, noting that the overwhelming majority of the 46 had been sentenced to at least 20 years.

The move was part of a broader ongoing effort by the administration to make the U.S. criminal justice system fairer. Obama has now issued 89 commutations during his presidency, most of them to non-violent offenders sentenced for drug crimes under outdated sentencing guidelines. A commutation leaves the conviction in place, but reduces the punishment.

Obama wrote a personal letter to each of the 46 individuals to notify them of their commutations. Their sentences all now expire on Nov. 10, 2015.

In a letter to Jerry Bailey, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison for conspiracy to violate laws against crack-cocaine, Obama praised Bailey for showing the potential to turn his life around.

“Now it is up to you to make the most of this opportunity,” Obama wrote in the letter, which was sent to Bailey’s address at a federal correctional facility in Georgia,. “It will not be easy,” Obama said, “and you will confront many who doubt people with criminal records can change.”

Obama’s lawyer, White House counsel Neil Eggleston, predicted the president would issue even more commutations before leaving office in early 2017. But he also said that Obama’s powers to fix the problem were limited, adding that “clemency alone will not fix decades of overly punitive sentencing policies.”

Obama this week is devoting considerable attention to the criminal justice system. He plans to lay out ideas for how to improve the fairness of the system during a speech to the NAACP in Philadelphia on Tuesday. And on Thursday, he is to become the first sitting president to visit a federal prison when he goes to the El Reno Federal Correctional Institution outside of Oklahoma City. While there, he will meet with law enforcement officials and inmates.

Obama said that after his commutations, there is still “a lot more we can do to restore the sense of fairness at the heart of our justice system.”

Julie Stewart, president and founder of Families Against Mandatory Minimums, a group seeking changes in sentencing, said the organization was “thrilled to see that more folks serving excessively long sentences for non-violent drug offenses are going home.”

“But they’re leaving behind many equally deserving people,” she said, “so let’s keep these commutations coming, while remembering that clemency is a tool made necessary by our failure to reform mandatory minimum sentencing laws. Congress simply can’t act fast enough.”

The 46 sentence reductions announced Monday are the most presidential commutations in a single day since the Lyndon Johnson administration in the 1960s.

Obama has commuted the sentences of 89 people, surpassing the combined number of commutations

FNC granted by Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush.

ISIS blows up a booby-trapped baby while teaching militants how to use explosives

An orphaned baby was reportedly strapped to a booby trap device and blown up as part of a sickening ISIS training camp exercise on improvised devices.The sadistic act is thought to have taken place near ash-Sharqat in the northern Iraqi province of Salahuddin, where ISIS still holds considerable territory.

Using a remote control detonator, the baby was destroyed by the explosives to show the trainee terrorists how to assemble improvised explosive devices.

‘The booby-trapping of the baby was a training mission for Isis to teach its elements the booby-trapping mechanisms,’ according by Sadiq al-Husseini, head of the security committee in Diyala province.

al-Husseini claims the baby’s father had been arrested and swiftly executed for killing several ISIS militants. It is unclear what happened to the baby’s mother.

As punishment for its father’s attack on ISIS fighters, the baby was brought to the training camp and used as part of a horrific demonstration on assembling booby traps, al-Hussaini told Iraqi news.

al-Husseini commented: ‘The organisation doesnot care for the most basic human values.’

Video of baby wearing glasses for first time goes viral

An 11-month-old Cincinnati girl has taken the Internet by storm with her adorable reaction to seeing the world clearly through glasses for the first time.

A Cincinnati woman’s video of her baby daughter trying on glasses for the first time has gone viral. Jessica Sinclair posted the video on Facebook, which shows 10-month-old Piper resisting at first, then breaking into a big smile when she sees her family’s faces clearly for the first time.

“We started to notice that she was having issues reaching her milestone of crawling,” Jessica told WKRC. “So at her regular pediatric check they did an eye screening and saw that she might have had a slight astigmatism.”

The family found out that Piper didn’t have astigmatism , but was extremely farsighted, with one eye measured at +7.00 and the other is +9.00.

According to WKRC, Jessica is hoping to use the video’s success to spread awareness about the importance of eye health and infant eye check-ups. See the video below…

Authorities are shocked by the note they have discovered in Mexican drug lord’s cell. Joaquin “El Chapo” left a hand written note in Spanish in his cell before escaped from the most secured prison in country.

The note reads:

Si estas leyendo esto, ya es demasiado tarde. Me pueden encontrar dandole una paliza revolucionario a ese pinche viejo Donald Trump.

Which translates to: “If you’re reading this, It’s too late. You can find me giving that f**king old man Donald Trump a revolutionary as*-wh**ping”

Appearing that El Chapo wants to fight Donald Trump, authorities have issued a massive manhunt to capture El Chapo. Authorities have also deployed agents to protect Donald Trump from any physical harm.

Rapper 50 Cent may soon change his name to 5 cents after losing a multimillion dollar lawsuit last week.

On Friday July 10th 50 Cent was ordered to pay Rick Ross‘ baby mama, Lastonia Leviston, $5 million in damages after losing his defamation case. $2.5 million for distress plus $2.5 million in damages. In 2010, at the height of his beef with Rick Rose, he posted Lastonia’s sex tape on his website.

And now that he’s been asked to pay up, 50cent, worth about $150million, has declared bankruptcy. Haha. Read the full story below…

50cent is down for the count after losing a multi-million dollar lawsuit … he’s just declared bankruptcy.

TMZ has confirmed … 50 filed for bankruptcy on Monday, 3 days after Rick Ross’ baby mama won a $5 million jury verdict against him.

50 is in a world of financial hurt. A jury awarded Lavonia Leviston the $5 mil after determining the rapper intentionally leaked a sex tape in which she was featured, in order to embarrass Ross. 50 has been ordered to produce proof of income and worth so the jury can determine punitive damages.

According to the bankruptcy filing — a story first reported by Page 6 — 50 says his assets are valued between $10 and $50 million but his liabilities are also between the same range. On top of that, 50 lost a court case in which a jury socked him with a $17.2 million judgment over ripping off a headphones design.

It’s a breathtaking fall .. in May, Forbes estimated 50’s net worth at $155 million.

This Homeless man piano playing has been shared thousands of times around the world.

Now widower Donald Gould hopes his son might see the video and finally get in touch. He plays the piano almost every day it is there, and said his skills on the piano and were self-taught and he has been homeless for around six or seven years.

Hoping someone will see the video and offer him a job playing or teaching music, the interviewer adds: ‘You have an amazing gift that is really important for this world.’

People are now trying to crowdfund enough money for Donald to get a home, car and the qualifications he needs to teach music.

The former marine lost custody of his three-year-old son when he became a drug addict following his wife’s sudden death in 1998, a Florida television channel reported.

‘They took our child away from us, and my wife took a handful of morphine pills and died. She just went to sleep,’ he said. ‘I couldn’t keep it together and eventually social services got tired of it and they terminated my parental rights. Everyday it’s painful. There’s not a day that’s gone by since they took him from me that I haven’t thought about him. He turned 18 last August 24th. I wish he would come and find me.’

Pharrell williams has removed himself out of the closet today in a statement to local California media.

The singer stated, “there has been so much speculation recently about my s*xuality recently that I’ve decided to come out and admit that I don’t like women anymore. I like men.”

This should have been clear when he named his media collective I Am Other. In other words, he is of the “other” persuasion s*xually. One could also have speculated his s*xuality when he released his hit single “Happy” which is another word for gay.
