Chris Brown who had his house robbed last night is not getting a break. His time, his baby mama is worried Royalty‘s in danger when she’s with Chris and his homies.

Sources close to Nia Guzman say she thinks many of Chris’ friends are gang members or gang-affiliated, and the robbery shows they’ve now turned on Chris.

 

It’s reported that  she’s not cool with Royalty being around that element. She thinks his friends are riff raft. Chris’ mother also thinks last night’s hit was an inside job. It’s bad timing for Chris. He just filed documents asking a judge to hammer out a formal custody agreement  partly because he says Nia’s been denying him visits with Royalty.

“Nia thinks Chris is crazy for saying she’s money hungry.She doesn’t want this to turn into that Mel Gibson movie Ransom, where Chris’ friend kidnaps Royalty for money. Chris first had his house broken into by a mad woman now this robbery.

If the court sees things Nia’s way it could affect custody.

Chris Brown stops his $10,000 per month child support payments to his daughter"s Mum after he is denied visitation with daughter Royalty

So with all the back and forth between Chris Brown and his baby Mama’s child support payments fights, he is now really pissed off.

Chris Brown scuttled a $10,000 per month child support agreement after his daughter Royalty was sent to spend time with his mother.

The 26-year-old singer initially wanted to pay $2,500 per month but settled on the amount after the girl’s mother Nia Guzman was seeking $15,000 per month, according to an article on Thursday by TMZ.

His baby mama, Nia Guzman said Chris only gave her $2,500 for child support for their baby Royalty. Nia demanded $15,000 each month but Chris decided to take her to court and ended up agreeing to pay her $10,000 each month instead which she agreed to.

The agreement was set to start on July 1, but it fell apart when Brown sought a visitation with Royalty this week only to learn that she was with his mother Joyce Hawkins in Virginia.

This made him mad enough to say he wouldn’t pay her the $10,000 because he is currently not in good terms with his own mother. The photos he shared on his IG page in April of Roylaty and his Mum has since been deleted off his page.

Chris Brown who has been spending so much time with his daughter Royalty, says he has had it with his baby mama Nia Guzman‘s child support and custody demands, so he’s asking a judge to intervene.

Chris and Nia have been at war over 1-year-old Royalty for a long time now. She’s demanding $15k a month in child support, but Chris Brown doesn’t think it is a fair amount.


Due to this reason, he has filed legal documents in Houston to establish paternity of baby Royalty. That will give him the right to fight Nia over support and custody.

Chis who has been paying Nia $2,500  per month, believes it is a fair amount. If he ascertains that he is Royalty’s father, he will then go to court to file for custody and a fair amount for child support to Nia.

He says Nia has been denying him the right to see his daughter, so he wants a judge to get involved and set guidelines for both of them.

Chris Brown who has had his daughter for about a week now asked his baby mama Nia Guzman to allow Royalty spend Father’s day with him because he wanted to throw a birthday party for her.Nia who has been fighting with Chris over child support agreed because ‘she didn’t want to seem like a bitter mom’.

“Happy Father’s Day to the real fathers. She changed my life,” Brown wrote on Instagram while posing with Royalty at a bowling alley. “#GLAD2BEHERDAD.”

The celebration comes just a few short days after the famous rapper gushed about his life as a proud parent.

“My main focus now is just my music, but my daughter first,” he told Real 92.3’s Big Boy at the iHeartRadio theatre. “When it comes to me being able to perform and do this, it’s cool. But for right now, I’m doing it all for her.” More photos below…

I’m so happy Chris Brown is taking his time with this baby drama. Royalty’s Mom and boyfriend are here to f**k him up if he isn’t very careful. I can’t stand them! and someone should please tell this guy to leave Chris’ daughter alone.

Sources close to Chris Brown’s baby mama, Nia Guzman, said Chris Brown didn’t show up for his daughter’s 1 year birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. They said Chris Brown’s daughter, Royalty only got a phone call from her dad on her first birthday. He didn’t send a gift and didn’t contribute to the cost of the party. Nia said her boyfriend, King Ba, paid for the whole thing.

King Ba, who’s listed on the birth certificate as Royalty’s birth father seemed to take pleasure in Chris’ absence and captioned one pic of Royalty by writing, “Wouldn’t Miss This Day For Anything In This World.”

Chris’ people say he was in Miami shooting a music video with Pit Bull, and tried Facetiming with his daughter but Nia’s phone didn’t act right when he called.

Chris Brown ‘in child support battle Royalty‘s mum. Over the weekend, Chris’ baby mama Nia Guzman told fans he doesn’t give her money for their daughter, Royalty. TMZ just confirmed the news. Read their report below…

Chris Brown is at war with his baby mama, who claims he’s stopped paying the measly $2,500 a month in child support, and now she’s gunning for 6 times that.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, Chris has been paying baby Royalty’s mom, Nia Guzman, the $2,500, but the gravy train stopped in March. Our Chris sources say he stopped paying because Nia demanded $15k a month, which he thinks is ridiculous.

We’re told Chris says Nia’s treating the baby like a winning lottery ticket, but she claims he’s being incredibly cheap and their daughter is suffering as a result. 

We’re told Nia’s lawyer, Carl Moore, will be filing legal docs in the next 2 weeks demanding back child support and a huge monthly hike.  

We’re hearing rumblings of settlement.
