Kim Kardashian is pregnant again! The reality star is expecting baby no. 2 with husband Kanye West. Kim revealed that she’s expecting her second child with Kanye West in the supertease following last night’s mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The clip shows Kim hearing the exciting news during a doctor’s appointment. She couldn’t contain her happiness as she excitedly told Khloé Kardashian. “I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” Kim. Khloe looked stunned.

You could see how happy Kim was as she has made no secret of the fact that she’s been eager to grow her family of three despite her difficult first pregnancy, and she’s documented how hard it’s been to get pregnant again on the E! reality series.

The 10th season follows her “journey of trying to get pregnant for the second time. Kim has gone to any length to ensure that she has another child including IVFs and even considering surrogacy as a last resort.

This is just a rumour! Some new reports suggest that Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West are expecting their second child together after a year of trying to conceive.

Apparently, Kim is not only pregnant again, but is allegedly already about 12 weeks along in the pregnancy.

During the current season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim revealed that she and Kanye have been trying hard to conceive and that they would continue to try before discussing a surrogate to help give them another child.

OK! Magazine sources reveal that Kim is, in fact, about 3 months pregnant and that she and Kanye West are trying to keep the news under wraps for at least a little while longer as they aren’t ready to share their alleged baby news just yet.

“She’s pregnant. I’ve heard that she’s passed the 12-week point, but that she and Kanye aren’t going to confirm it for at least a few more weeks. She’s really nervous about jinxing it, with everything they’ve been through.”

However, with another pregnancy comes Kim Kardashian’s fears and old memories of being picked apart by critics, tabloids, and online haters for her weight.

Kim is allegedly so worried about her pregnancy weight gain that she’s still working out like crazy although she is allegedly 3 months along. It seems that she’s worried about being criticized again.

“She’s still working out like a demon. She says that she absolutely cannot look like ‘a beached whale.‘”
