Mariah Carey is used to being the top diva at the table but after a power lunch with a bunch of billionaires, she had to take a back seat..financially.

Mariah who seems to be having a ball with her beau James Packer, finally got off the yacht and grabbed a bite with James and a few of his billionaire friends.

I am sure Mariah didn’t feel too bad because she had her friend Brett Ratner at the dinner with her and he’s worth only…$65 mil.

Mariah Carey began seeing billionaire businessman James Packer less than two weeks ago and there are already reports that the two are talking marriage. But sources close to the singer tell E! that is absolutely not true.

“They are not talking marriage. That’s ridiculous. She’s enjoying his company, but she’s also trying to remain cautious. This trip is a chance for her to really get to know him. She hasn’t 100 percent let him in yet.”

“She’s having a lot of fun being courted. It’s very different than when Nick Cannon was wooing her. To her, Nick was a boy. James is a man.”

The 45-year-old singer premiered her new song “Infinity” on Sunday…See that below….

Meanwhile, 34-year-old Nick Cannon last month, stressed that he could care less about negative headlines.

“You got to live life and take hardships and things like that as hurdles that were made to jump over,” he told ET’s Kevin Frazier. “If there’s no issues within yourself or within your own family, then what other people say on the outside really doesn’t matter.”

“I will never say anything negative about @MariahCarey,” he also tweeted in December. “We are forever a family rooted in love.”

Mariah doesn’t waste time … just days after she hopped on a yacht with new billionaire BF James Packer, they’re already talking marriage.  Our Mariah sources say it’s insane … they’ve been “dating” for just a matter of days, but he’s already told her he wants to marry her, sooner rather than later. The soonest can be when she’s officially divorced from Nick Cannon. But we’re told Mariah is open to tying the knot with James.

We got this photo of Mariah and James on the boat, wearing matching robes … almost like they’re on a honeymoon.

They’ve been cruising from country to country since late last week, and James blared Mariah’s music for everyone to hear, including all the people on vastly smaller boats.

We broke the story … James is obsessed with Mariah and her music. He went to her concert in Vegas a month-and-a-half ago and has been pursuing her ever since.
