Man files $730,000 lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina Brown!

A severly injured man has filed a lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina Brown and her grieving family. RadarOnline.com has viewed legal documents that show Russell Eckerman 41, is going after the Browns after he claims he was left with everything from “pain and suffering” and “mental exposure” to medical bills totaling over $700,000.

Brown was behind the wheel of her friend’s Jeep Liberty in Roswell, Georgia, on Jan. 27, just days before she was found facedown in a bathtub.

Russell Eckerman, of Marietta, Ga., claims the Jan. 27 head-on crash left him with medical bills and damages exceeding $730,000.

The accident occurred near Atlanta just three days before Whitney Houston’s only child was found unconscious in a bathtub in her home in Roswell, Ga.

Bobbi Kristina, 21, who has been in a coma ever since, was moved to a hospice facility last week.

The suit, filed Friday in Fulton County, Ga., Supreme Court, charges that Brown was speeding and tailgating a car when she lost control of her 2005 Jeep Liberty, swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with Eckerman’s Ford Taurus.

At the time of the crash, a witness said Eckerman was bleeding from his head and did not have a pulse. Eckerman was revived and taken to North Fulton Hospital, where he spent several days in critical condition.

Witness Osse Lessage told reporters at the time that Bobbi Kristina jumped out of her car and raced to Eckerman to find out his condition.

“She was running and screaming, ‘Oh my gosh,’” Lessage said at the time. “My brother-in-law was there (saying) ‘calm down, calm down.’”

Police investigators determined Bobbi Kristina lost control of the Jeep when she blew a right rear tire. Investigators said they found a nail in the tire.

The suit was brought against Bobbi Kristina through her guardians, who include her father, R&B singer Bobby Brown, her aunt, Pat Houston, and her conservator Bedelia Hargrove.

The suit also named the Ford Motor Company as a defendant, charging the airbag on Eckerman’s car did not deploy properly and its seatbelt was defective.

Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina’s family continued to hold a bedside vigil for her at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga.

When leaving the hospice facility Wednesday after a two-hour visit, Pat Houston said that her niece’s condition was the “same.”

Chris Brown files paternity documents for daughter Royalty amid disputes over custody and child support

Chris last month shared a photo of himself with Royalty on Instagram.

 

Chris Brown who has been spending so much time with his daughter Royalty, says he has had it with his baby mama Nia Guzman‘s child support and custody demands, so he’s asking a judge to intervene.

Chris and Nia have been at war over 1-year-old Royalty for a long time now. She’s demanding $15k a month in child support, but Chris Brown doesn’t think it is a fair amount.


Due to this reason, he has filed legal documents in Houston to establish paternity of baby Royalty. That will give him the right to fight Nia over support and custody.

Chis who has been paying Nia $2,500  per month, believes it is a fair amount. If he ascertains that he is Royalty’s father, he will then go to court to file for custody and a fair amount for child support to Nia.

He says Nia has been denying him the right to see his daughter, so he wants a judge to get involved and set guidelines for both of them.

Grammy-winning R&B singer Rihanna is the first artist to surpass more than 100 million cumulative digital singles in the United States, the Recording Industry Association of America said on Wednesday.

Rihanna becomes the first artist, male or female, to earn 100 million Gold and Platinum song awards. She posted the announcement on her instagram page and wrote “Thank you God for fulfilling Your plans in my life…. All the Glory belongs to You!” Big congrats to Rihanna!

Rapper Rick Ross released from jail

Free Rozay: Rick Ross‘ bond hearing in Fayette County, GA wrapped up yesterday and the judge granted his lawyer’s bail request and set his release once he paid a $2 million bond which Ross was able to pay.

He got – $1 million equity from the ex-Holyfield mansion he owns, and another GA property, $500,000 surety bond (from a bail bondsman) and $500k in cold hard cash.

Ross’ attorney also promised his client would forfeit the entire Holyfield property (which is worth $5 million) to the county … if he does anything to obstruct justice or intimidate any witness.

Burn those “Free Rick Ross” tees … he’s finally getting out of jail a week after getting arrested for assault and kidnapping — but he had to come up with a ton o’ cash to get sprung.

Ross’ bond hearing in Fayette County, GA just wrapped up — and the judge ok’d his release once he paid a $2 million bond … which he scraped together from a few places:

– $1 million equity from the ex-Holyfield mansion he owns, and another GA property

– $500k in cold hard cash

Ross’ attorney also promised his client would hand over the entire Holyfield property to the county … if he intimidates or threatens any witnesses.

Prosecutors reminded the judge how vicious the alleged crime was — telling him Ross dragged the groundskeeper back into the house and beat him multiple times … and also held a gun to his chest and threatened to “pop a cap” in him if he talked.

Prosecutors said Ross was pissed because the groundskeeper — who lives on the property — had people over for his birthday the night before.

The boss will also have to wear one of those GPS ankle monitors … a la Lindsay Lohan back in the day.
