Kylie Jenner shows off major cleavage at Miami event + Jokes that there is "a Lot of Duct Tape" under her revealing dress

17 year old Kylie Jenner looked amazing but older than her age at the opening of the Sugar factory in Miami, Florida.

She also tagged makeup artist Ariel Tejada and stylist Monica Rose in the photo, whose glamorousness Tejada described as “Literally Beyond!!” in an Instagram post of his own.

This is the second time this year Jenner has appeared at a Sugar Factory opening; and the Kardashian-Jenner sisters have been longtime supporters.
