Hospice is a place where people usually go to pass in peace. The hospice where Bobbi Kristina has been hanging on to life is preparing for something looking at a photo obtained by TMZ. This is a photo of a tent that was just erected … very possibly to prevent photogs from taking pics of something that is about to happen. The tent is flush against the back of the building. As we reported, Bobbi Kristina’s family is prepared to let her go, after doctors made it clear there was no real hope of recovery. Bobbi Kristina has been at the facility for 3 weeks.

National Enquirer claim they got photos from the night Bobbi Kristina was found face down in her bathtub but out of respect for the family, they won’t publish the original photos but instead stage it with an actress based on the photos they have.

It was just a matter of time before a family member availed themselves of the opportunity to line their pockets with ill-gotten gains.

It’s pretty disgusting but also not unexpected … someone is shopping a pic of Bobbi Kristina laying at death’s door in a hospice.

The photo was shopped to us … we passed. It was taken earlier this week at the facility outside of Atlanta. A woman is hovering over Bobbi Kristina in the photo … we’re told it’s a family member.

As for who shot the photo … we’re told it’s “an extended family member.”

The pic is being shopped to multiple magazines and websites, and we’re told there’s interest.

This is so sad and such a horrible invasion of privacy. So, an extended family member of Bobbi Kristina, 22, contacted TMZ saying that they wanted to sell a photo of her laying on her death bed in a hospice but TMZ declined the offer because according to them, it was disgusting but not unexpected.

Bobbi Kristina’s family members reportedly took a photo of the 22-year-old during her final days of life and is trying to sell it to a magazine or website, TMZ claims.

According to TMZ:

The photo was shopped to us … we passed. It was taken earlier this week at the facility outside of Atlanta. A woman is hovering over Bobbi Kristina in the photo … we’re told it’s a family member. Hollywood TV/movie mogul Tyler Perry on Sunday June 28th visited Bobbi Kristina Brown at the hospice where she was moved to last week in Atlanta. Tyler arrived the hospice in a royal blue Rolls Royce and stayed with Bobbi Kristina and her family for two hours.

Bobbi Kristina"s guardian files lawsuit against Nick Gordon accusing him of stealing her money

When Bobbi Kristina  was found unconscious in her bathtub, police began investigating her boyfriend, Nick Gordon. Now Bobbi Kristina’s court appointed guardian has filed a lawsuit against her husband/companion Nick Gordon accusing him of abusing and stealing from her. Yesterday Bobbi Kristina Brown was moved to a hospice facility after her condition deteriorated, 6 months after being found unresponsive in a bathtub.

The suit also claims that Bobbi Kristina was going to go meet someone to talk about the abuse the day she was found.

The lawsuit alleges that Gordon presented himself to be Brown’s surrogate brother prior to 2012. After Brown inherited a substantial sum of money from her mother, Whitney Houston’s estate, Gordon “assumed the position of Brown’s boyfriend.” Around Jan. 9, 2014, Gordon “perpetuated the fraud that he had married Brown, though in fact he never did so,” according to the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, Gordon used that “misrepresentation” as Brown’s husband to “control Brown and limit with whom she could interact.” The suit alleges that Gordon answered Brown’s cell phone, wouldn’t allow her to make appointments without his permission and “manipulated her bank relationship so that she could access her money.”

Gordon allegedly transferred Brown’s money into an account solely controlled by him without her authorization. According to the lawsuit, Gordon began to question Brown’s access to trust funds, and “threatened one of the trustees with guns and other violent weapons. That trustee obtained a restraining order against Gordon on April 14, 2014, the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit accuses Gordon of domestic violence against Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair.

Brown allegedly confided to an unnamed person that Gordon “was not the man she thought he was” and set up a time to meet on Jan. 31, 2015.

That day, Brown got into an argument with Gordon. Brown was later found unconscious, face-down in a bathtub with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out, according to the lawsuit.

Brown has since been diagnosed with “global and irreversible brain damage.”

While Brown was in a coma, Gordon allegedly stole $11,000 from Brown’s bank accounts.

The lawsuit alleges Brown has suffered “life threatening bodily harm and damages,” and asks for damages of at least $10 million each for the assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conversion. It asks for an amount to be determined later for counts of quantum meruit/unjust enrichment and attorneys’ fees.
