50 Cent flashes $5k wad of cash days before he filed for bankruptcy after losing $5million sex tape case— See Pics

50 Cent had $5,000k in $100 bills in his pocket last Wednesday when he hosted a club night for his birthday at The Pool After Dark at Harrah’s Resort inAtlantic City. Two days later, a court ordered him to pay Rick Ross’s baby mama $5million for posting her sex video on the internet and three days later, he filed for bankruptcy. May not be good for his brand, but it’s a business move. More pics below…

A jury decided today (July 10) that 50 Cent must pay $5 million to Lastonia Leviston for posting a sex tape of her, Daily News reports.

The Manhattan Supreme Court has ordered 50 Cent to pay Lavonia Leviston, Rick Ross‘ baby mama, $5 million in damages for uploading her sex tape to the internet in 2009.

According to reports, $2.5 million of the sum is for “violating her civil rights for using her image without her permission,” and the other $2.5 million is for “intentional infliction of emotional distress.” Leviston’s lawyer originally sought $20 million total in damages.

50 was absent during the court proceedings, not attending to testify nor hear the verdict. He has denied publishing the tape online, though it undeniably features 50 Cent in his “Pimpin’ Curly” outfit providing commentary from start to finish.

Free Rozay: Rick Ross‘ bond hearing in Fayette County, GA wrapped up yesterday and the judge granted his lawyer’s bail request and set his release once he paid a $2 million bond which Ross was able to pay.

He got – $1 million equity from the ex-Holyfield mansion he owns, and another GA property, $500,000 surety bond (from a bail bondsman) and $500k in cold hard cash.

Ross’ attorney also promised his client would forfeit the entire Holyfield property (which is worth $5 million) to the county … if he does anything to obstruct justice or intimidate any witness.

Burn those “Free Rick Ross” tees … he’s finally getting out of jail a week after getting arrested for assault and kidnapping — but he had to come up with a ton o’ cash to get sprung.

Ross’ bond hearing in Fayette County, GA just wrapped up — and the judge ok’d his release once he paid a $2 million bond … which he scraped together from a few places:

– $1 million equity from the ex-Holyfield mansion he owns, and another GA property

– $500,000 surety bond (from a bail bondsman)

– $500k in cold hard cash

Ross’ attorney also promised his client would hand over the entire Holyfield property to the county … if he intimidates or threatens any witnesses.

Prosecutors reminded the judge how vicious the alleged crime was — telling him Ross dragged the groundskeeper back into the house and beat him multiple times … and also held a gun to his chest and threatened to “pop a cap” in him if he talked.

Prosecutors said Ross was pissed because the groundskeeper — who lives on the property — had people over for his birthday the night before.

The boss will also have to wear one of those GPS ankle monitors … a la Lindsay Lohan back in the day.

Rick Ross denied bail following alleged Kidnapping and Assault Charges, to stay almost a week in jail

Rick Ross has been denied bail after being arrested for kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery early on June 24.

Rapper Rick Ross and his bodyguard will stay in jail until July 1st (which is their next court hearing) after they were both denied bail on aggravated assault, aggravated battery and kidnapping charges…

Rick Ross, who was arrested yesterday, is being held for pistol whipping a worker at his Fayette County GA home who he accused of eating his food and stealing from him.

According to the warrants, Rick Ross and his bodyguard forced the man into a guest room to interrogate him, then Rick hit the man repeatedly on his face with a handgun, chipping his teeth and injuring his jaw so badly that the man has been placed on a liquid diet because he cannot chew food.

Rick Ross arrested for pistol-whipping a construction worker at his house

Rick Ross is facing charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

The rapper, who was arrested earlier this month for marijuana possession, was arrested again last night at his home in Fayette Atlanta for pistol whipping a contractor working on his house. According to WBS-TV 2 Atlanta, he’s facing charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery the rapper found the man eating his food and ‘stealing little things’ at his home which is being renovated and attacked him. Police showed up after the man called them to report assault.

According to reports Rick Ross and his bodyguard were taken into custody & booked on kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery charges. They are currently awaiting a bond hearing.

Aww, Rapper Rick Ross bails out cell mates

On Wednesday June 10th, rapper Rick Ross was arrested in Georgia after drugs were found in his car. He was taken to a county jail and booked. In his good deed for the day when Rick bailed himself out, he also bailed out his cell mates.

Channel 2 Action News has learned officers stopped him in his Bentley on a window tint violation. The officer said when he opened the door, he smelled marijuana.

That’s when they say they found marijuana in the car, according to police.

Ross is currently being processed into the Fayette County Jail.

Ross was previously arrested in North Carolina in June 2014 after failing to appear at a hearing related to a previous misdemeanor marijuana charge. He was taken into custody after performing at Greensboro’s SuperJam Music Festival and later released on a $1,000 bail.

Rapper Rick Ross arrested in Fayette County for possession of marijuana

Dude needs his weed to function..Lol. The 39-year-old rapper Rick Ross was driving his Bentley through Fayette County, Georgia when he was pulled over because of an alleged window tint violation, but when the officer opened the door he smelled marijuana. Upon searching the vehicle, the cop found five blunts in the car.

The rapper was then arrested and sent to Fayette County Jail to be processed on a drug misdemeanor as well as the traffic violation. According to the arresting officer, the Hood Billionaire was ‘very cooperative’ and gave no trouble at all.

50 Cent sues Rick Ross over leaking ex-girlfriend"s sex tape

50 Cent is taking rival rapper Rick Ross to court amid allegations the Hustlin’ star was the one responsible for leaking an ex-girlfriend’s sex tape online.

50 cents baby Mama, Lastonia Leviston sued 50 cent claiming she was so distraught after he posted the video of her sex tape online to the public and has even contemplated suicide.

Leviston claims in her lawsuit that the guy in her sex tape gave the video to 50 who then posted it online because it would embarrass Rick Ross.

However, 50 has turned around and filed a lawsuit against Rick Ross claiming he leaked the sex tape which now has millions of views.

He arrived at the conclusion that Rick leaked it because Rick did an interview with a radio station the day before the video was posted in which he said he was going to put the sex tape online.

50 says in his legal docs that if he loses his lawsuit to his ex Lastonia Leviston, Ross should cover most of the judgment because Ross was the one who leaked the tape, not him (50).
