Rapper Young Thug and Birdman allegedly plotted to kill Lil Wayne, indictment alleges

Two rappers and a member of their entourage have been implicated in a plot to murder another MC over a business dispute. Cash Money CEO Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams, rapper Young Thug and other members of their entourage have been named in an indictment alleging they conspired to kill rapper Lil Wayne over a business dispute. Read the report below…

From WSBTV

Channel 2 Action News has uncovered an indictment filed in Cobb County in June that alleges Williams and another rapper named Bryan Williams, aka Birdman, were involved in a RICO conspiracy to kill Lil Wayne when his tour bus was shot up in April. The indictment also says all of the men are members of the Bloods gang.

The indictment alleges that Dwayne Carter (Lil Wayne) and Bryan Williams (Birdman) had a business dispute concerning Lil Wayne’s contract with Cash Money Records. Lil Wayne owns a portion of the record label. Birdman is one of the co-founders of the record label.

Lil Wayne later dismissed the lawsuit “due to venue issues while problems continued between (Lil Wayne) and (Birdman).”

The indictment alleges that Young Thug made a threat against Lil Wayne and tour bus shooting suspect Jimmy Winfrey carried out that threat.

Winfrey is also known as “PeeWee Roscoe” and affiliated with Rich Gang. Birdman is a part of the Rich Gang rap group which was formed by Cash Money Records in 2013.

The indictment goes on to say that Winfrey was driving the white Chevy Camaro that fired shots at Lil Wayne’s tour buses the night of April 26 after a police escort left the buses.

“After Atlanta Police discontinued their escort, (Winfrey) and fellow Blood Gang members entered Interstate 285 from Atlanta Road in Cobb County in pursuit of the buses occupied by (Lil Wayne’s) group,” the indictment says. “(That’s when) the white sports car pulled beside the buses, shots were then fired into the buses from the sports car with a .40 caliber handgun and a 9mm handgun.”

The indictment goes on to say Winfrey had a photo of the Camaro posted on his Instagram account and attempted to erase it following the shooting. The Camaro was later found at the home of one of Winfrey’s relatives.

Young Thug and Birdman have not been charged in the incident.

Winfrey’s next court appearance is Friday

Lil Wayne"s tour bus shot at early Sunday morning in Atlanta

Gunshots were fired at Lil Wayne‘s tour bus early Sunday morning. According to a MediaTakeOut exclusive report, rapper Lil Wayne’s tour bus was shot up last night in Atlanta and fingers are pointing at Lil Wayne’s label mate, rapper Young Thug. Read the report below…

“The Hip Hop beef between rapper Young Thug and Lil Wayne, may have looked innocent – but last night it reportedly took a deadly tunr.”

According to multiple source connected with MediaTakeOut.com, Lil Wayne’s tour bus was shot up last night, while he was in Atlanta. And the streets say that it was Yound Thugs Goons that were doing the Poppin.

According to one of MediaTakeOut.com‘s peeps associated with THUG, “Thug is very peaceful, Non violent, and he respects Wayne. But the trap n*ggas around him are different. They feel that Wayne’s a f*ck boy.” Much of the HARSH feelings about Wayne, stem from Wayne’s LAWSUIT against his former father figure, Cash Money founder Birdman.

So here’s how it all POPPED OFF. Lil Wayne performed last night at COMPOUND NIGHTCLUB in Atlanta and he had the place TURN’T. It was all cool . . . until a few TRAP DUDES associated with Young Thug approached Weezy in VIP. Weezy’s security BLOCKED the goons from entering but the group of men ALLEGEDLY threatened LIl Wayne, saying,”THUG SENT THEM WITH THE STICKS” to settle any beef with Lil Wayne.

Shortly after the confrontation, Lil Wayne and his entourage LEFT THE CLUB – in a tourbus and a fleet of SUVs. The bus was later SHOT AT more than a DOZEN TIMES, by unknown assassins. The shots occurred OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY of Compound Nightclub – so the club is 100% NOT AT FAULT here.
