I found this on Facebook and thought to share. It’s a PSA. This lady went to the nail salon to get a pedicure. She subsequently got infected after the salon operator used unsanitized equipments on her. She had to seek medical attention which cost her a pretty sum, not to mention the pain and suffering she had to endure. She posted photos of her ordeal on her social media warning the public. She wrote;This is a PSA ladies & gents…I know its summer & ur feet must be rite b4 u slip on those cute sandals u just bought …BUT pls make sure where ever u get your mani/pedi that they are SANITIZING the equipment & bowl properly! I assumed my spot, ↪No.1 Nails↩ on Sprinfield Ave. in Irvington was…NOT!…& the result was an infection in my foot that was extremely painful, antibiotics 2x a day for 7 days & over $2k in bills from the ER(which they paid, thx 2 “Help me Howard”)so pls the next time they say “u next mommy” be watchin.’
