Should the girls abort the pregnancies?
The recent military onslaught against Boko Haram’s hide-out in Sambisa Forest led to the rescue of hundreds of women and children. According to UNFPDA, about 200 girls who were recently rescued by Nigerian troops from Sambisa forest are reportedly pregnant for members of Boko Haram who have no identity. Some persons have called for the girls to abort the pregnancies. Others hold strong religious views and have said the girls should not. What is your take on this?
