Kim Kardashian joins celebs to support first USA Red Nose Day in plunging portrait. Red Nose Day is an annual charity event in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and other countries around the world but this will be the first one in the US. Stars like Kim K, Kylie Richards, Brandi Glanville and a host of others participated in its inauguration.
