A friend of mine saw Fast & Furious 7 over the weekend and she said it got so emotional at the end when the cast members did that tribute to Walker at the beach. Paul Walker’s death made many people troop to the cinemas to watch his last movie, and has made Fast 7 the 7th highest grossing film of all time.
The film made $392.2 million worldwide in its first three days of release, which is the fourth-highest opening of all time. The film has grossed over $1.15 billion worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film in the franchise and the current highest-grossing film of 2015 and the seventh highest-grossing film of all time.
