The #HoldACokeWithYourBoobsChallenge encourages women – and sometimes men – to post photos online with a soft drink held in their cleavage, with many images showing mainly topless women barely covering their nipples – all in the name of supposedly raising money for breast cancer.

However, it has now been revealed the Las Vegas-based adult entertainment scout who started the #HoldACokeWithYourBoobsChallenge did not intend to raise money for charity but to make fun of similar challenges such as the Ice Bucket Challenge.

Many women taking on the new challenge have opted to simply cover their bare breasts with nipple tassels, their hands, hair or tape.

People have been posting their images to Twitter, Instagram and Facebook in the belief the challenge is to raise money for breast cancer charities but adult entertainment scout Danny Frost and glamour model Gemma Jaxx have admitted to starting the hashtag as a joke.

And the Breast Cancer Research Foundation said the challenge is not raising money for them and has no connection to their charity – but would happily receive donations if donations do start coming in from the challenge.

Phileas Le cléateur has the key to love. Actually, he owns dozens of them. The Parisian is using his collection of antique skeleton keys to save as many “love locks” as possible from the famed Pont des Arts bridge, which bears love tokens from hundreds of thousands of couples.

But this week, French officials began taking down the bridge’s mesh panels, to which the locks have been affixed and have added an extra 45 tons of dangerous weight. 

Le cléateur has been using his keys to free as many padlocks as he can, in hopes of reuniting them with their original love-struck owners. He has “rescued” about 400 locks since he began the passion project last November.

“I’m conscious it’s a small part relative to the million locks on Pont des Arts,” he admitted. “But I spend a lot of time searching the right key for each lock.”

Le cléateur, 46, and his wife own a business that makes jewelry out of antique keys, many of which opened 18th-century jewelry boxes and other vintage items.

“My concept is to offer the key to happiness, the key to love, the key to success,” he said.

The visits did yield success with other vintage padlocks Le cléateur eventually opened with his keys.

He and his wife are now preparing to post pictures of the locks that have been saved on Instagram and other social media sites to help reunite them with their rightful owner. All they need is photographic proof of ownership, and Le cléateur will send it back. His only request is that the couple pay for shipping.

He said: “I don’t want that it disappears (to) I don’t know where,” Le cléateur said of each of the locks. “I want to give it back to the lovers.”

Tour guide desperately tried to save the life of American tourist from SA lion attack

 

The tour guide who was driving with the American woman who was mauled to death by a lion suffered serious injuries and a heart attack while trying to fend off the big cat and then desperately tried to save her, according to a dramatic new account by the tour company.

The statement also says the woman, Katherine Chappell, lowered her window to take a pic moments before she was attacked, contradicting earlier reports that she had been riding around with the window open throughout the ride, according to Kalabash Tours, owned by the guide, Pierre Potgieter.

“Mr. Potgieter strongly denies that they were driving around the lion enclosures with open windows,” the statement said of the horrific June 1 incident at Fourways Lion Park in Johannesburg.

According to the account, the attack happened when the car “stopped to view a pride of lions,” said the statement.

“The tourist had a camera and, of her own accord, rolled down the passenger window in order to take photographs,” At that moment, the lion pounced, leaving Chappell with “extremely serious injuries” including “bleeding profusely from her neck” and also mauling Potgieter.

“Under the circumstances Mr Potgieter tried his best to stop the bleeding and save her life,”

 Potgieter, 66, sprang into action and tried to stop the bleeding.

Potgieter reportedly tried applying pressure and called for help. But an individual, “apparently an employee from the park” according to the statement, who arrived on scene refused to drive them to a medical facility and left.

“The employee appeared reluctant to do this, and left Mr Potgieter and the victim in the vehicle. The ambulance only arrived some time thereafter. For Mr Potgieter this felt like a very long time,” said the statement.

The attack left Potgieter “severely traumatized” and with serious injuries to his arm.

Dr. Dre & Ice Cube named as defendants in lawsuit against Suge Knight

Dr. Dre and Ice Cube have been included in a lawsuit over Suge Knight’s alleged murder running over actor Terry Carter in a fast food restaurant parking lot.

Carter’s wife and kids have filed the lawsuit, naming Knight, Dre and Cube all as defendants. It states that Dre and Cube hired known gang members to provide security for Straight Outta Compton’s location shoots in areas with high gang activity.

The two are both producers on the film.

The lawsuit claims that some of these gang members incited the fight and threatened Knight when he showed up at Tam’s Burgers, leading him to flee in a panic, running over and killing Carter.

Tam’s Burger is also being sued by Carter’s family, claiming that violent crimes are commonplace in its parking lot, so the restaurant should have had security.

The suit seeks unspecified damages.

Atlanta Falcons Prince Shembo faces animal cruelty charge after girlfriend"s dog dies

 

Police have charged NFL player Prince Shembo 23, with aggravated animal cruelty after his girlfriend’s dog died from blunt force trauma.

Gwinnett County police said in a news release that they obtained a warrant Friday for the NFL player’s arrest. Police say Shembo’s girlfriend called police on April 19 and said she had taken her Yorkie, Dior, to Shembo’s apartment on April 15. At some point, she left the dog alone with Shembo and when she later found the dog, he was unresponsive.

She took the dog to an animal hospital, where he died a short time later. Shembo told her the next day he had kicked the dog.

Shebo’s now-former girlfriend, model Denicia Williams, contacted police four days after the Yorkie’s April 15 death. According to the incident report, she had confronted Shembo and told him she’d been praying about what happened to her dog.

“What if I told you I kicked your dog?” Shembo asked, according to Williams.

Williams said she then asked if it had only been once. Shembo reportedly said no.

Williams stated that she told the suspect that she could not see him anymore,” the report said, “and Shembo stated that he might leave the country because he knows how much time he would do in prison for animal cruelty.”

Shembo, turned himself last Friday evening after Gwinnett County police charged him with aggravated cruelty to animals in connection with the death of his girlfriend’s Yorkshire terrier, Dior.

He was booked into the Gwinnett County jail around 8:45 p.m. and released on bond about 90 minutes later.

Shembo’s attorney, Jerry Froelich, has maintained that his client was reacting to a bite from the dog and kicked it only once, but the story Shembo’s girlfriend relayed to police suggests otherwise.

Woman disappears in Atlanta Airport, misses connecting flight

A woman taking a connecting flight through Atlanta simply disappeared at the world’s busiest airport. Anna Giannini has been missing since Sunday May 31st when she flew into Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport but never reached her final destination, Atlanta police said.

Authorities put out a missing person alert Wednesday for the 32-year-old woman. She reportedly landed in Atlanta on a flight from Milan, Italy, at 5:10 p.m. and was expected to take a connecting flight to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Giannini’s sister told police she never showed.

“We are not sure if she got on another flight or how she left the airport,” Atlanta police spokesman Ralph Woolfolk said.

Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport had more than 96 million passengers pass through its terminals in 2014, making it the world’s busiest airport, spokesperson Reese McCranie told the Daily News.

Police describe Giannini as 5-foot-5, 145 pounds with brown eyes and hair.

In new excerpts from Vanity Fair’s July cover story, Kris Jenner speaks out about her divorce from Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce, saying he shouldn’t have married and had kids if this was what he wanted all along.

“He was married to me, and he wasn’t who he wanted to be, so he was miserable. It was the most passive-aggressive thing I think I’ve ever experienced.”

I like the way she calls him ‘he’. She said in the interview that Bruce abruptly ended their marriage, telling her “just decided, ‘I’m done.’

“Why would you want to be married and have kids if this is what you wanted since you were a little boy? Why would you not explain this all to me?” a confused Kris said

“When I met Bruce, he told me that he had done hormones back in the early ’80s. This was a conversation that took place in the early ’90s. So, what he was telling me happened a decade earlier, and he never really explained it.”

For her part, Caitlyn, 65, contends that Kris was fully aware of the treatments and their side effects, including breast growth. Jenner says she was a “good solid B cup” when they met, while Kris brushes it off as nothing more than “a little bit of a man boob situation.”

In Kris’ mind, “there wasn’t a gender issue. Nobody mentioned a gender issue,” she tells the magazine.

According to Caitlyn, though, Kris witnessed her wearing women’s clothing while she was still living as Bruce; together, she says, they even established a rule that Bruce could only dress as a woman when he was traveling alone and away from the family’s house.

Kris denies this entirely, saying her ex never dressed as a woman in front of her, only that “somebody mentioned that at one point in his life he liked to dress up.”

No fewer than 78 persons were killed after a gas station they ran to for shelter during heavy downpour went up in flames in Acrra, Ghana yesterday June 3rd. According to Ghana’s Fire Service spokesperson, Billy Anagate, the fire started at the Neoplan Bus station at about 5.00pm and then quickly spread to the Goil gas station, causing an explosion which killed all the people taking refuge there. Bodies of the victims are still being evacuated from the scene of the incident.

Flood that resulted from the heavy downpour submerged some buildings and vehicles causing people to take refuge in the gas station. Most buildings that had caught fire from the explosion burned away into the night as ‘floodwater around the site hindered recovery attempts. Some of the photos are very graphic.
